Bird expert Lloyd Buck is best known for his appearances, along with his birds, on CBBC’s The Really Wild Show and the Channel five series Will Work for Nuts. Lloyd trains birds for all aspects of filmmaking and shares his expertise and experiences in fascinating talks and presentations for wildlife and educational organisations.
Lloyd is also well known for taking part in the BBC documentaries Wildlife on One, Ultimate Killers, Natural Worlds and David Attenborough’s Life of Birds. Lloyd appeared in and trained his falcons to chase skydivers for the feature film The Falcon that Flew with Man and his filming adventures, along with guest appearances from some of his finest birds, make for hugely entertaining events for any audience or group-size.
Lloyd’s prime concern is the welfare of the birds he cares for and trains and he has given talks for the RSPB and many bird clubs. His talks are highly suitable for students learning about aspects of flight, about birds or just wildlife in general. Lloyds knowledge is foremost in his field and his relaxed and clear manner ensures he works well with audiences of all ages.
